How to Use the New CFBC Web Site

Instructions for Teachers:

The Catholic Family Book Club was originally conceived to promote and sell the best Catholic books for Catholic kids in a one-stop shopping experience. Traditionally, we provided teachers, directors of religious education, and catechists with a "catalog" of parent handouts. These handouts were distributed in their classrooms and sent home to parents. Parents were encouraged to review the titles selections, and make a purchase by filling out a student order form which was returned to the school/parish for fulfillment.

As of January 2010, The Catholic Family Book Club is becoming an online book club. This means...

•  We need your help as teachers and religious educators and visit www.catholicfamilybookclub.com and print the appropriate number of Parent Handouts and distribute them to your students to bring home to their parents.

•  We also need you to encourage the parents of your students to take an active role in the faith development of their children. Please ask the parents of your students to visit www.catholicfamilybookclub.com where they may find and purchase materials that will be helpful, entertaining, and inspiring for both their children and themselves.
